The Big Event

Mark your calendars for the 2010 Big Event.  We are currently in the process of planning the event - some of the information below may be changing as we confirm everything.

Date:  Friday, February 12, 2010 

Time:  5:30 pm Social, Hors d'oeuvres, Cash Bar & Silent Auction
          6:30 pm Dinner
         - Tossed garden salad, sirloin steak and chicken oscar, rosemary 
            potatoes, glazed carrots, dinner rolls, dessert
         8 pm - Silent Auction Closes & raffle winners are announced
         8:30 pm - Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos

Where:  Holiday Inn, Fargo

Tickets:  You may reserve a table of 8 for $360, Couples can attend for $90 or individual tickets are $48.  

Entertainment:  Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos

Ruby - $500-$999
Emerald - $1,000-$1,999
Diamond - $2,000

Silent Auction:  If you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction, you may call the Chamber at 701.282.4444 or email julie@westfargochamber.com  If time is an issue and you are unsure what to donate, you may make a donation of cash and our Big Event Committee will purchase the item for the Silent Auction with your business name sponsoring that item.
